Australia Post Express Delivery: Delivery is usually made the next business day however, please allow between 1 to 5 business days from the date of your order for some rural and/or remote areas. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed.

For items that are made by order, such as furniture pieces, shipping time starts from the date that you are notified by email that the item is ready for delivery.

Overseas

FedEx Delivery: Allow between 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order. Delivery times might slightly vary depending on FedEx international shipping time frames.

In-Store Collection

Etica in-store collection: your order will be available for collection between 10am to 4.00pm within 1 to 4 businesses after your order has been processed. Only the credit card holder can collect the order in-store.
